Difference In Sclerosis And Scoliosis

   (Anonimo Siciliano)

The central position of Sicily in the Mediterranean took different values \u200b\u200bin different historical periods.
Sicily had seemed almost the navel of the world the classical era. This role has been for centuries.
He had since prehistoric times because it is geographically the center of trade, migration and conflict. He had coveted prey of conquerors in ancient times because the most ambitious and strong, however, are soon to become "Sicilian" and Sicily and Sicily have pursued their further development.

He lost to Rome, where he became a province. He regained full with the Arabs, the Normans and the Swabians : emirate, Sicily, kingdom, empire . Quattrocentodiciannove years of greatness and an example for the people, and star center of the Mediterranean and Europe, land development and immigration from South and North, East and West. He lost, for now, with the deep crisis of the Mediterranean , switching traffic over the Atlantic, the logic of blocs and the Cold War, globalization .

Federico II , Stupor mundi? L’imperatore svevo, l’Hohenstaufen. Il Palazzo “Reale” di Palermo , seat of the kings of Sicily? The Palace of the Normans (as they call it, all).
And to think that Sicily was an original workshop of cooperation between peoples and cultures. That all cultures just mentioned were in Sicily, which have profoundly affected, that the present character of the Sicilian is the result of this extraordinary cooperation.

Sicily was and has remained short, and has acquired a unique culture that allows it, especially at this time, to send a message to all the peoples of the Mediterranean (Tunisia, Egypt, Libya , etc..) seeking democracy and freedom.

Earphones in bici

"Over a century ago, the first riders praised the bike AGAINST 'car for the absence of noise. By the end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the third millennium the introduction of a tool such as the headset used to communicate with team managers during the competition, the ear of the athlete makes it insensitive to the soundscape that surrounds it. So, for example, Gianni Mura, one of the best known sports journalists, referring to the Tour writes: "Perhaps they just might inspire a warm and windless day, with nightingales singing, but so they do not feel, feel alone the ear '. Alberto da Giussano è veramente esistito?

am a citizen of Legnano for some years now, and the other morning I was in Monument Square waiting for a friend of mine who came from Milan. In the meantime, looking at this huge statue Alberto da Giussano , I had a doubt , that is if this legendary figure had never existed?

We all know that May 29, 1176 took place near Legnano the famous battle that saw the Lega Lombarda opposite the imperial army of Frederick Barbarossa , the League stopped the advance of German with the decisive contribution of Alberto da Giussano . At this point, it seemed questionable, but heroic knight who was this?

Previously I had done some historical research and literary, and I had come to a conclusion, repeatedly asserted by some historians but nonchalantly ignored by leaguers for a reason too obvious that Alberto da Giussano had never existed, it was a figment of imagination of the runaway Milan Galvano Fiamma, a Dominican friar who wrote a chronicle of that battle victorious approximately half of the fourteenth century for the sole benefit of the lord of Milan Galeazzo Visconti.
At this friar must lot about stories and events of the Battle of Legnano , for example the story of the flight of white doves from the Basilica of San Carroccio Simpliciano in Milan. More rigorous historical era do not mention the existence in the period of the Battle of Albert.

Meanwhile, while dreaming, my friend had arrived who could not see me, because I had moved under the Monument to find any trace. But the appointment was always in the Piazza, but the corner of the station.

Despite my doubts, it remains one of the protagonists of the history of that period.
In my opinion, from Giussano Alberto is an Italian hero, not Po.

Tre elementi che sommati danno un risultato: the class does not fit, do not protest and backpacking.
E 'Ida Mendicino, responsible for coordinating regional integration, to tell the story: "At first the head of the school had refused to involve the student in the trip." Parents are concerned that the police, because there is a rule which recognizes the school trips as "a crucial opportunity for the promotion of relational development and training for every student." And also for "the implementation of the process of inclusion of disabled students in the full exercise of the right to education."
But despite the legislation, the executive continues to oppose. Mendicino continues: "The manager has expressed teachers do not intend to authorize any future release of the student with Down syndrome. He also asked the classmates of the boy not to inform the dates of the trips in programming. "With what motivation?" The lack of the same capacity to learn because of his genetic illness. "The call was immediately turned down by mates, boys eighth grade, which have stated they would rather give up "all the trips, but not to see their mate discrimination." Mendicino says
happy to tell the incident occurred as an "important sign of change in a generation often accused of excessive individualism and lack a sense of solidarity.

Difference Between Ringworm And Lyme Disease

Here, the fathers Mechitaristi take visitors into the garden and the rose garden next to the old print shop that printed in 29 languages \u200b\u200b and recount the genesis of vartanush, the special jam roses sold in the guesthouse.

Gardens salted and religious brotherhoods also Certosa, 24 hectares of land 250 meters east of Venice used until 1997 as polygon roll of the Lagoon and that after a long peaceful struggle have been transformed into a dock and a construction site, the Polo Nautico Vento di Venezia, who builds wooden boats. Seen from above, the island looks like a lush patch of hackberry and mulberry trees around the ruins of the Carthusian monastery of the fifteenth century. The brothers grew you two vineyards, and Sabbioneta Torresina, and a large garden. Those who come here do so for The Carthusian , where chef Ivan Garlati combines a love for the island products to those on his land, Val Sesia. Among his specialties, the peoci soup (mussels) and the lagoon stew.

Nearby are the islands of Vignole and Sant'Erasmo , always salted vegetable gardens in the city. There are grown famous castraure or small purple artichokes inimitable taste salty, and there produce the original salt marsh flower honey and artichokes. As he delves into the lagoon we will go back a thousand years.
It goes around the island of San Francesco del Deserto , formerly known as Two Vigne. Here too, the brothers take care of the garden, but leave only visit the church of Francis, who lived on the island.

is difficult to break away from the cloistered silence, but not very far away is Burano. It always comes back happy but forget it traditional lace (made somewhere!) and focus on gastronomy. A stop is a must Da Romano, local historian opened at the beginning of the twentieth century from a simple man but a lover of art, which welcomed the penniless painters attracted by the landscape .
Instead of the money was in force trade: paintings in exchange for moleche (crabs) and, today, the walls are well 420 works of great caliber (Hull, Cadorin, Widow, De Pisis, Fontana). no less unique dishes, from rare moleche breaded and fried, which are bred in wooden boxes submerged right in front of Burano, go to the risotto (goby), until the fish grilled over coals of wood that is brought from the mainland on large Burch (the typical flat-bottomed boats). Not far away is the Bottega Palmisano, where you can buy freshly baked cookies bussolà .

A Torcello, however, lived only twenty people. Yet, in this island which houses magnificent Byzantine mosaics in the cathedral testimony to a glorious past, dominated by a king of Venetian cuisine, the Locanda Cipriani , already culinary passion of Ernest Hemingway that just loved to hunt in the waters of the lagoon and enjoy those who are still the workhorse of the restaurant: risotto Torcello and the hosts (shrimp).

Finally, Mazzorbo , a spectacular setting dominated by an ancient walled vineyard of grapes Doron, a silent variety of endangered and recovered after ten years of work. In keeping came, the chef Belluno Paola Budel brought the best of the Veneto, for example lamb Alpago, uniting to forget herbs lagoon, as the rare Salicornia plant once used by sailors against scurvy, and today ingredient of original except for rice dishes.

Excellent trip, although in the Piazza San Marco was located 'a fountain of wine' , where Venetian aperitif wine poured and distributed or sold by beautiful local innkeeper at popular prices.

Golden Interstar Receiver

Il formaggio di fossa

Last week he came to see a dear friend of Romagna, who took me as a gift''in''great shape aged cheese. At first I thought it was the Parmesan cheese, Instead he explained that he was a cheese area between the provinces of Forli and Rimini.
He told me that there is a legend where it is said that the special the cheese of the pit would created purely by chance.

It appears that in 1486 Alfonso d'Aragona , defeated by the French, had received the hospitality of Girolamo Riario, lord of Forli. But resources forlivese did not allow long sustenance of the troops, who soon began to prey on local farmers. These, to defend themselves, the habit of hiding stores in mass. In November, after starting the exercises and end the raids, the unearthed and discovered that the cheese had changed their characteristics.

often irregular in shape, the cheese of the pit shows a color from pale yellow to pale brown with a white body and soft. It has a crumbly structure and a sweet and slightly spicy. His feature can be the aroma of mushroom, together with that of boiled chestnut , the smell of the cellar, towel and closed, losing just one eats.

How To Save A Custom Paper Size In Ms Word 2007

Thoughts and colors ...... the best part of school

Iza is a wonderful girl for almost 7 years. He attended the first and is one of my students.
Grazie". Allora lei, sorridendo, looked at me and says: "teacher, behind there is also a thought for you, but I want you to read it only after I returned to my place ...". Of course I said that was fine for me ....... that was his thought:)

Needless to say, read it gave me good vibrations, happens to me every time, after 14 years of teaching:) In this message I "heard", once again, that wonderful, deep, thinking ability, typical of children, to get where they want, being able to express in the most direct way possible, that is meant to get what you want another .....

Mi basta, allora, sapere che ci sono i miei alunni that, just as Iza, show me every day to love me and appreciate what, lovingly, I try to do for them. To hell with everything else and what will be ......:)

I promotori dell'iniziativa sono stati, addition to the City of Milan, the Sea airports, the Friends of V. De Sica and children of the famous director, who have declared, before the screening, that this restoration is also an act of homage to 'imaginary Cesare Zavattini, author of the subject.

For those who have never seen, explain that it is a fantastic film genre where shades seemingly fabulous, actually contain a vicious social satire.

report here an interesting article last-minute ......

Alternate rankings into chaos. See the ball and Gelmini
The Constitutional Court declared illegal the provision that prevented the precarious South to keep their score if they change their province. Coming Soon thousands of complaints and claims to the Ministry of
EXCEPT Intravaia

block the road to an alternate who is to be inserted in the list only because in Varese was born in Trapani is unconstitutional. This was stated by the Constitutional Court, in rejecting the rules of the Department of Education lists the "tail" of the temporary school. Italy is one and the qualifications have the same value throughout the country, explains the Consulta. A truth that seemed obvious to most, but not to the Gelmini, driven by the League in 2009, worked a kind of protection on the lists of deputies of the school in favor of prof north.

Through a rather complex parliamentary process of Decree-Law entitled "Urgent provisions to ensure continuity of service and education for school year 2009-2010, the government in the conversion The law introduced a paragraph which in fact reinforced the rankings of the regions of the Po, promoting and placing supply teachers in the role with a minimum score to native teachers. "The operations of integration and updating of the lists - says the offending paragraph - is it possible for teachers who require them explicitly, as well as staying in the province (...), chosen to be included also in the rankings of other provinces after the 'last position (third) band in the same rankings.

Outside gobbledygook, the law stated that in the case of the rankings for the years 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 school who was part of a provincial candidate for substitutes and half of the entries in the role laid down annually could not move with their score in another province, if not "queued". And do not "comb" (according to the score gained) as advocated concerned. The rule, as shown by the latest data published by the Ministry, in fact, "protect" the northern alternates.

But now the judges of the Palazzo Spada argue that the article in question "is at odds with the art. 3 of the Constitution." Even the judges of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court had considered the law contrary to a fundamental principle of our legal system: the equality of all citizens. The measure "would violate art.

"A questo punto - dichiara il presidente nazionale dell'Anief, Marcello Pacifico, il ministro Gelmini dovrebbe prendere atto di non essere stata capace di gestire le graduatorie del personale docente, dovrebbe take responsibility for having created a profound loss of revenue to state coffers and remedy the position of the applicants with the right, without taking anything away from the teachers already identified in the contracts, as per current practice. "" The attempt of the center, headed by the minister Gelmini, to create a true 'Gothic Line' which would prevent, as strongly advocated by the Northern League, the mobility of teachers within the national territory has failed, "said Tonino Russo (Pd), a member of the Cultural Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.

" The ruling will have devastating effects - continues Russian - and the administration will be forced to take all those teachers who, placed in the queue, in additional lists, we would be in a good position for release in part. "" The minister Gelmini - ends - was in its time and in several occasions, faced with the obvious unreasonableness of the rule, unfortunately not care if they have soundly do with anything but institutional and devoid of common sense, exposing the administration to a huge loss of revenue.

Sembra già se talk in some writings dating back to ancient Rome .

Legend has it that in 1167 Frederick Barbarossa him where he could enjoy, laid siege to the city of Ancona , chose as his home in Morro Castle, which appears in an imperial act as ''Curtis''. The inhabitants were forced to surrender to the emperor the things good and delicious, including the famous grape juice di Morro d'Alba.
appears instead as''Castrum '' in another act of 1213, when she is forced to give in Senigallia Morro d'Alba al vicino comune di Jesi.
Just this incident involved, in 1862, adding the word Alba to name the country, in order to avoid confusion with other places of the Kingdom.

The production area of \u200b\u200bthis wine lies in the Province of Ancona and includes the entire municipality of Morro d'Alba, Monte San Vito, San Marcello, Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra and Senigallia, excluding funds valley and hillsides of the Municipality of Senigallia facing the sea.
It is obtained from a local grape variety old the Lacrima , which was traditionally married elm and maple and was cultivated in the rich wooded hills that characterized the the production area.
Only in the early eighties some producers are convinced of the opportunity to introduce the product and promote it, they managed to give new luster to this vine.

Tear The name derives from the fact that the grape skin, when it comes to the point of aging, cracking, leaving drip, tears, the juice content. However, the Lacrima grape skin thickness significantly, which, during maceration, allows the transfer of anthocyanins, tannins and dyes, is enormous.
E 'a wine that goes with the traditional first courses delle Marche, with fish blue Pickled or marinated with the same wine with white meat. It should be drunk at 18 ^ C.

San Giulio e la sua isola

Yesterday, being a hot day (12 degrees), I went to visit a beautiful resort in the southern Piedmont and precisely Orta, a charming village of the lake, crossed by narrow, winding streets with beautiful houses and ancient buildings. But the most fascinating is the island located in the middle of the lake (ie the island of San Giulio ), perfectly placed in pre-alpine lake landscape e si trova a circa 400 metri dalla riva.

Scacciati draghi e serpenti with the power of the word, began to build his church hundredth.
In this Basilica dedicated to him are preserved in the crypt of his remains.

history - in truth - it is much more stark and dramatic. Orta and the island of San Giulio knew periods of violent fights and sieges were the scene of fierce and bloody battles. It is believed that
Onorato, bishop of Novara 490 to 500, has started the works of defense, continue in the following centuries, made it an impregnable municipium Arnolfo pariah in the eleventh century. He became a Lombard duchy and was the scene of violent and bloody as in 590 the Lombard king Agilulfo you had killed the Duke Minulfo on charges of treason. In 957 Berengar II at war with the count-bishops of Novara shut himself up in the island which was besieged for two months by the troops of Otho I.
still besieged in 962, was then returned to the bishop of Novara. Alternating between the dramatic events Orta and the island remained under the domination of the bishops of Novara until 18 July 1817, when the church gave it up forever Novara in favor of Vittorio Emanuele I, reserving to the bishop of the castle and the buildings' island.
Having really enjoyed this beautiful day out, it seemed just tell it!
